The "Real" Standings, June 12
We have not quite convinced the crowds. Here are the latest NL East "standings" at Tradesports:

On a related note, I mentioned back in March that one could make some money if you were willing to dream of the Nats success, because back then you could have a contract that they would win the East for about 1.0. If you had bought $100 worth back then, you could sell for about $1000 right now.

Screw the crowds. They've been too busy listening to every pundit on ESPN talk up the Fish and Braves until this week to notice the Nats' skeelz. Give it another week or two of continued excellence and then people will start wagering their loot on it.
Strong opinion, da kine, of the kind we like here at Nats Blog. The beauty of Tradesports is that you can "walk the talk". If you believe what you say, then you would be buying up Nats contracts at 81, and could easily turn them into profit when "people start wagering their loot on it" in another week or too. It's yours for the taking.
